In May 2025, a group of board gamers from Instagram met at the Spielehotel for a gaming meetup.
How it works:
Book your own room as usual.
Bring your friends along and receive a 10% credit for every additional room booked – starting with two additional rooms, up to a maximum of 40% of your own room rate.
When?
We'll find a suitable date together to keep everything simple:
High season: usually early July or late August
Low season: almost always possible, except during Pentecost and the weeks around Corpus Christi and Ascension Day 😉
Organizing is worth it – your friends get to enjoy the Spielehotel, and you can save almost half of your room rate.
The local tourist tax is not included.

Visit the Galitzenklamm gorge with its impressive water trail
Enjoy a ride on the Alpine Coaster “Osttirodler” in Lienz
Easy beginner-friendly hike (1–3 hours, individually suggested by me – relaxed and suitable for everyone)
This way, there is still time to enjoy something together besides gaming.
